Went to get pizza yesterday. Forgot a mask, so I was waiting for my gf to bring me one. While I was there a man with oxygen went to get his pizza. You refused to serve him without a mask, even though he could NOT wear one. You were extremely rude to him and to me when I came back in. I will not be coming to your store ever again. The disrespect from your employees is horrendous!
We've gotten pizza here before and it's been fine . This visit our order was wrong . When I asked for the correct pizza ( which was just a pepperoni with extra cheese... nothing complicated ) the cashier working Emilee V freaked out. She threw the pizza on the counter and yelled. Then she ran in the back and I was left at the counter unsure of what I was supposed to do. I would avoid this place ( at least if that employee is working 😳)
Placed an order online and it said it would be about 20 minutes. I left to get it once I got the email saying the order was ready. When I got there, the order wasn't in the portal. The young lady at the counter apologized and said the order would be done soon. I asked if they had already been working on the order before I got there and she said yes. But it took over 20 minutes before the order was done, so I'm guessing they actually did just start the order.
